College football rankings: USC and Virginia Tech drop, UCF and Washington State make biggest jumps

Week 6 rankings are out and the top-4 teams remain the same. LSU, Mississippi State and FSU are out, while NC State, UCF and Notre Dame make their way in to the top 25.
