Chelsea Fans in New Race Row, Say Reports

A video of the latest racist abuse apparently involving Chelsea supporters, obtained by The Sun and broadcast by ITV London News, was taken by a passenger on a train from London Euston to Manchester Piccadilly following Chelsea's League Cup final win over Tottenham at Wembley on Sunday.
