Jeev Milkha Singh and Shiv Kapur Miss the Cut, Rory McIlroy Moves to Top in Dubai Open Golf

Jeev and Kapur, both of whom had spoilt their finish in the first round, shot 74 and 77 and missed the cut. Jeev was even par 144 and tied 85th after two rounds, while Kapur was four-over 148 and tied 114th. McIlroy, meanwhile, moved a shot clear of Scotland's Marc Warren at Emirates Golf Club.
